The Elders and Staff of South Potomac Church prioritize the safety and well-being of our church family. In the event of inclement weather that affects our Sunday morning gatherings, the Senior Pastor and Elders will decide to either close the church or cancel activities. They will promptly inform the staff, ministry leaders (who can then inform their volunteers), and the congregation about any closings. Once the decision is made, the following information will be updated:

We will adhere to the same guidelines outlined above for inclement weather that occurs during the week. If feasible, evening ministries will be canceled by 3:00 pm. Once the decision is made, the following will be updated:
