Women's Ministry
Regular Events
Woman's Bible Studies
Several woman's bible studies Began in September. There is still
time to join a group. Pick a time to study the word. These studies
all meet at South Potomac Church. Choose the one that meets your
needs.
Sundays - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm - Wounded Hearts will begin studying
"Door of Hope" by Jan Frank. Led by Margo Clark.
Mondays - 9:30 am to 11:30 am. This group will be Studying "Grace
Based Parenting." Led by Nancy Ingwalson.
Tuesdays - 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Woman in the Word will be studying
"Forever in Love with Jesus." Led by Nancy Hutchinson.
Tuesdays - 9:30 am to 11:30 am. This group will be led by Constance
Hamiltion and be studying "Precepts Bible Study". Starts
Thursdays - 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Moms & Tots will be studying
"Words that Hurt Words that Heal" and be led by Jess Ahrens.

Addiction Recovery
The Thorns of Grace support group offers the healing power of Jesus
Christ for people suffering from addiction and the affect of addiction
on their lives. Meets at SPC on Mondays at 7:30 PM. Child care available
on request.
Beth Moore Bible Study
Meets at SPC on Tuesdays
from 9:00 - 11:30am. Child care available.
Book
Club
Personal discoveries made
through reading interesting books, followed by discussions. Meets
at SPC once each month on a Monday at 1:00 PM. No child care.
FLY - Fully Loving Yourself, Christ
Loving Us Best
For women who feel overwhelmed due to the chaos they have in their
homes. FLY helps us find better ways to get organized in all areas
of our lives. Meets 4th Friday of each month.
Moms and Tots Group
Moms and Tots is a multi-faceted ministry
to meet the many needs of moms with young children. Childcare is
provided, and moms have an opportunity to discuss relevant topics
with a speaker. Monthly outings with the children and moms' nights
out are also planned. Click here

Mom's Day Out
We are accepting registrations for the 2005-2006 Mom's Day
Out program, for children from 6 months to 5 years. The ministry
will run from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Tuesdays, from September to mid-June.
The fees are:
- Nursery (6-18 months) $60/month
- Toddler (19-32 months) $60/month
- Preschool (33 months - 5 years) $50/month
There is also a $50 registration fee per family. A registration

Women of Hope
Developing relationships between women. Meets at SPC on the 3rd
Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. No child care.
Wounded Hearts
Wounded Hearts, a confidential support group for women survivors
of abuse, meets on Sundays from 6:30-8:30pm in the Executive Pastor's
office. Newcomers are welcome at any time. For more information,
